I have sort of mixed feelings about this fight. In my opinion, Yves Jabouin won the 1st & 3rd rounds, so TECHNICALLY, I guess I agree with the decision, based on the way the UFC scores their fights. With that being said, personally, I think Pague did more in the 2nd round, than Jabouin did in the entire fight, so I PERSONALLY gave the fight to Dustin Pague. Oh well, doesn't really matter I guess, going into it, I thought Jabouin would win, so my predictions so far are hitting 100%. Pague's submission skills are solid, and Jabouin's striking skills are solid. Good fight overall.

Another decision... This fight was between two guys that were both on 2 fight losing streaks in the UFC, so I'm assuming the loser is going to be fired. With that being said, it was a close fight, Maguire spent most of the fight on Clarke's back, but he wasn't really able to do anything with it. The rest of the fight had Clarke launching leg kicks & punches, and he was always attacking, so in the end, I gave the fight to Clarke, and so did all 3 judges.

This fight was badass! Roland Delorme is one of the best Jiu-Jitsu guys I've seen in the UFC, always rolling all over the place, transitioning beautifully between positions, throwing submission attempt after submission attempt, and he just worked nonstop in this fight, schooling Figueroa in the art of Jiu-Jitsu. The problem is, Figueroa has TONS of heart, and a solid ground game of his own, as well as better striking skills than Delorme, so he was able to defend himself the entire fight, turning the entire thing into a grappling brawl, and Delorme pulls off the unanimous decision victory. Awesome fight, and possibly a fight of the night contender.

This fight was fine or whatever... This card in general kind of sucks to be honest. Pierson showed some decent striking, but I thought he got outworked by Kenny Robertson, especially there in the third round, where Robertson spent most of the round on Pierson's back, punching him in the head. In the end, Pierson won via majority decision, somehow. Whatever...

Going into the third round, I wasn't really sure how to score the fight so far, because Krause landed a HUGE kick to the head of Stout early in the first round, cutting his eye open pretty badly, leaving Sam with half his face covered in blood for most of the fight. The second round was a decent brawl, with Stout ending on top, throwing elbows down at Krause. Luckily for the judges, Krause locked on a guillotine choke with a few seconds left in the fight, forcing Stout to submit, making the job of the judges pretty easy in the end. Great UFC debut by James Krause.

This fight was basically just a long-winded grind. Jake Shields kept clinching, and throwing weak knees to the body of Woodley. Woodley was throwing hard punches for most of the fight. In the end, Woodley probably threw harder shots, Shields threw more shots, it was a close fight, I have no idea who REALLY deserved to win. I gave the fight to Woodley, two of the judges gave it to Shields, so he wins I guess.

OH MY GOD... This was the ONLY "fast" fight of the night, and it was a HUGE upset. I really thought Pat Barry (I had him ranked as the #7 Heavyweight in the World), would DESTROY Shawn Jordan, but holy shit, Shawn Jordan kind of "Vitor Belforted" Barry's ass, the way Belfort took out Wanderlei Silva. Nonstop punches, forcing Barry to crumble into a pile of nothingness, in under a minute. Shawn Jordan looked better here than I've ever seen him look, and it SUCKS that Barry was taken out like that.

This was another really solid female fight, with both girls bringing it the entire 15 minutes. Alexis Davis locked on a triangle choke in the first round, almost finishing the fight there. She showed some solid ground & pound in the second round. The third round, Davis showed some nice transition skills, getting the back of Sexton, but I think Sexton won that round, by ending up on top, and pounding the face of Davis. Good fight, both girls deserve to be in the UFC, and I look forward to seeing them fight in the octagon again in the near future. Congrats to Davis for the unanimous decision victory.

This fight was pretty close, especially the first round. The second round, Jimmo rocked Pokrajac, and took him to the ground, and controlled him down there for the most part, but didn't do a lot of damage beyond that. The third round, Pokrajac attempted a trip takedown, and Jimmo reversed it, ending up on top. Pokrajac locked on a guillotine choke at one point, but it didn't really go anywhere. Ryan Jimmo wins via unanimous decision.

FUCK! I'm with the crowd on this one... Stipe Miocic looked awesome, he pretty much kicked Roy's ass the entire 15 minute fight, nonstop boxing, making Roy look foolish. That sucks though, because I've been pushing for Roy Nelson to get another title shot, and now he gets his ass beat by a guy that isn't even a Top 10 Fighters. There goes Roy's 3 fight winning streak. The heavyweight division is getting thinner by the minute.

Well, this was a semi-disappointing ending, to an otherwise lackluster card. Both guys punched each other several times, and 13 minutes later, Rashad Evans started beating the shit out of Henderson. So in the end, I gave the fight to Rashad Evans (Henderson COULD have won if he would have FOUGHT during the final 2 minutes), but yeah, there you have it, your main event of the evening, ends in split-decision. This card kind of sucked.
