MAN! I feel horrible for John Albert... I BELIEVE this makes 4 losses in a row in the UFC, I'll be kind of shocked if they keep him employed after that. With that being said though, he put up a really tough fight, he locked on nice Armbar in the first round, a beautiful guillotine choke / triangle choke hybrid thing in the second round, and Yaotzin Meza just kept walking through all of it, until he eventually got on Albert's back, and choked him out with a rear-naked choke. Meza also had a nice guillotine choke locked on in the first round, with full mount. Great submission fight overall, I just feel bad for Albert, because 4 losses in a row HAS to feel discouraging.

This was a really good fight, both guys came out ready to brawl, and brawl is exactly what they did. Salas's eye was cut open early in the first round, Riley's nose was broken (I think in the second round?), and from that point forward, they basically just fought by shooting blood at each other. I gave the first round to Riley, second round CLEARLY to Salas, and the third round to Riley, but I thought Salas did enough in the second round to secure the victory, so I was actually glad Salas won, even though I think technically Riley won 2 of the rounds.

I wasn't really that into this fight. Julie Kedzie secured a couple of takedowns, and did a decent job standing. Randamie had a clear advantage with the striking, but it seemed pretty even overall. In the end, I'm not surprised it was a split-decision, but I AM kind of surprised that they gave the fight to Randamie. I would have given two rounds to Kedzie. But whatever...

Yeah! Good fight! This was one hell of a brawl, where both guys threw heavy hands the entire fight, both guys got rocked numerous times, and both guys showed that their chins are made of steel. This was a straight up brawl, for 15 minutes. Pretty awesome fight, the only thing missing was a finish. It's worth noting that the judging was all over the place. 30-27 Herman, 30-27 Smith, 29-28 Herman. I agree it was closed, but I gave it to Herman as well, so glad he got the win.

Whatever man... First off, I didn't care about this fight. Secondly, Yves Edwards won this fight as far as I'm concerned. Thirdly, this fight wasn't that exciting, so to be honest, I don't really care who won. I still think it's weird though, the way these judges are split on EVERYTHING tonight. This one was 30-27 (twice for Cruickshank), and 30-27 for Edwards. I'm so confused by how they're scoring these fights.

Hell yeah! I love it when Melvin Guillard is on his game, because he's one of the most explosive fighters in the 155 pound division. Mac Danzig is a tough fighter, but this entire fight was basically all about Guillard beating up Danzig, and eventually, he knocked him the fuck out in the second round. Melvin Guillard is a badass, now let's see him win a few in a row, eh?

This was a decent fight that basically consisted of Danny Castillo taking Means to the ground, and holding him there, trying to win points by controlling the fight. Means, while standing, was beating up Castillo pretty badly, so I guess you could argue the fight in either direction. I personally gave the fight to Castillo, because I wasn't paying close attention, and he secured a few takedowns which looked good. Some people probably thought Means did more damage overall though, so whatever... To be honest, I don't understand why this fight even happened, this late on the card, after Guillard & Danzig? COME ON! Put Guillard back on the main card people!

Ooooh, this was heart breaking. Michael Chiesa did a great job in the first round, taking Masvidal to the ground, and controlling him for the most part, and also showing some decent (but still awkward) striking skills. The problem is, once that second round start, Masvidal basically kicked the shit out of Chiesa, taking him down, controlling him, beating him up with ground & pound, and eventually he locked on a D'Arce choke, forcing Chiesa to submit with ONE SECOND LEFT ON THE CLOCK. Brutal loss, for Chiesa's first ever loss in MMA.

Yeah! Liz Carmouche is a badass! I'm extremely happy that she got her first UFC win tonight, this was an awesome fight. She overpowered Andrade during most of the fight, but she also fought through a pretty tight guillotine choke in the first round. I gave the first round to Andrade, but there is no questioning the fact that Carmouche beat the living shit out of Andrade in the second round, grounding her, pounding her, and forcing the referee to stop the fight. AWESOME fight. Liz Carmouche is hardcore!

BAM! The first round was 100% Robbie Lawler, throwing bombs, busting up the nose of Voelker, leaving both of them bloody messes (all from Voelker's blood). The second round started, Lawler kicked Voelker in the head, knocking him to the ground, finished him off with a big punch on the ground, and that's all she wrote. Awesome fight for Robbie Lawler!

Wow... 2 Top 10 fighters at 170, this should have been extremely exciting, and this was one of the most boring ass fights I've seen in a while. In the end, after 3 rounds of jabbing Ellenberger in the face, and after getting taken down late in the third round, Rory MacDonald wins via unanimous decision. This fight was a bullshit co-main event.

These guys are fucking fast! (Obviously...) To be honest, I didn't really give a shit about this fight, but I'm happy to see Demetrious Johnson finish a fight here, by DOMINATING Moraga for the entire fight, taking him down repeatedly, unleashing a grappling clinic on Moraga, and in the end, he locked on a BEAUTIFUL Armbar, finish the fight with only about a minute left in the 25 minute fight. Great job by Demetrious "Mighty Mouse" Johnson.
